  • The Horticulture Program provides students with technical training in a broad area of horticultural careers. Students will learn through classroom, greenhouse, nursery and practical on-the-job experience.

Graduates will be capable of finding employment in a variety of areas such as greenhouse, lawn and garden, golf course, or athletic field operations and management. Topics covered in the program include production, marketing, scheduling and plant maintenance, as well as public & commercial turf management - including propagation and transplantation.

Students from all walks of life and educational backgrounds are welcome to explore this exciting career field. Financial aid and scholarships are available for qualifying students and both day & evening classes are offered.
